GEDCOM files you load are processed entirely within your browser. No file content, genealogical data, or personal information is transmitted to any server. Your family data stays on your device at all times.
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising, third-party scripts, or tracking services.
The support, review, and updates forms send us what you type into them. It is used only to reply to you, to publish a review you agreed to have featured, or to send the updates you asked for, and is never shared with anyone else.
Like any web request, a submission also carries basic technical details, which are used only to filter spam and are not linked to anything you do in the viewer.
No AI service or model reads your file, your tree or your photos; everything the site does with them is ordinary code running in your browser.
You may use this website to view, explore, and analyse GEDCOM files that you own or have the right to process. You may not use it to process data you do not have authorisation to use, or in any way that violates applicable law.

The place database this site uses is built from those sources and served from the site's own address; the lookups run in your browser, and no place name is ever sent to those projects.
